DAVIS CUP BY BNP PARIBAS QUARTER-FINAL BETWEEN GREAT BRITAIN AND FRANCE – THE QUEEN’S CLUB – JULY 2015
In the lead up to the Aegon Championships in June 2015 the LTA approached us about using the AllowMe Accreditation system for the Davis Cup by BNP Paribas quarter-final tie between Great Britain and France, to be held at The Queen’s Club in July 2015. Due to the configurability of the system & the ability to run multiple events side by side, on the same instance, using AllowMe was a no brainer for the team due to how much time and effort could be saved.
Working with Olga Mirzoian, the Accreditation & Event Co-ordinator for the event, we built the pass types required using similar zones to those that had been used for the Aegon Championships. Although an online Portal was not required for this particular event due to time constraints, the existing LTA instance was used so Olga had all the data required from the Aegon Championships to create the majority of the passes for the Davis Cup by BNP Paribas event.
RFIDentikit sourced the pre branded laminate passes for the event and provided the credential pass print design in AllowMe. This meant Olga could use the system to create all the passes she required and then use the batch print function to send them off to the card printer before issuing at the event.
The Davis Cup by BNP Paribas quarter-final tie between Great Britain and France takes place at The Queen’s Club this coming weekend (17th,18th & 19th July) and we wish the whole team all the best for the event. The weather looks good and Murray is in excellent form, so we will be cheering on Team GB!
