Kiosk Install (Windows Only)

To Install the Kiosk accreditation management software, you must install the C++ Redist first, before install the Kiosk software.

C++ Redist

Install this VC++ redistributable before doing anything else. This Gives Windows the software it needs to use Kiosk. Once you have installed this software, you must restart your computer.

Kiosk Software

• Download the application using the Kiosk link below
• Copy the Kiosk folder to the C:// drive. You do not need to install anything.
• Create a shortcut from the kiosk app to the desktop
• Go to Settings and press Configuration. Set the Start Page URL to your instance name e.g https://demo.allow.me/admin and click on Save and Close at the bottom of the page
• Press Start Page on the menu bar
• Login using the same credentials as what you would use in the web browser

RFID Encoder Drivers

• Download the drivers using the below Windows Driver link
• Extract and place the unzipped folder in the root C:/ drive of your computer
• Right Click the file NUR USB SETUP.exe and click Run As Administrator
• Click Yes on the following dialogue confirming you wish to run as administrator
• Click Yes on the dialogue asking if you wish to install the driver for NUR module
• When given the choice to install CDC USB Driver or WinUSB, select CDC USB install
• Dialogue will display confirming successful install
• Plug in the Encoder
