Over the Christmas period, RFIDentikit worked with Enchant Christmas to provide their gold standard event accreditation and rfid access control solution to their Winter Wonderland events across the US.
The registration portal created for Enchant took the look and feel of their branding to deliver a single place that people could apply for accreditation for any of their event sites.
Once the applications had been submitted on the online portal the accreditation team in each location made use of the same AllowME instance to manage applications, give zones, dates and ultimately, approve or reject the pass requests. Once the applications had been approved, they were printed from AllowME using our blank-canvas design engine, giving the passes a unique and branded feel while incorporating the security features required at the event.
Our fully configurable scheduling module was used to enable delivery drivers to book slots in 15-minute intervals. The on-site logistics teams could then review these requests and approve them.
